…And we’re back!

I could make up some excuse on why it took me so long to update (and to be fair, it WAS prompted by a convention, and I did spend some time translating some comics that will be bonus strips when the english Dueling Grannies book eventually comes out) but frankly? It can be hard at times to update the site when I’m not even sure if anyone’s reading it. I mean, I draw because I love to, I’d probably draw even if I wasn’t showing it to anyone, but TRANSLATING said comics can be a bit less of a labor of love and a bit more… pain in the ass-ish.
As the comic is now in it’s 7th, and possibly final year (as I mentioned, the hebrew version of the comic has essentialy ended. I might continue it some day but right now it’s on the 2nd year of it’s hiatus), I can’t help but be surprised that I am not yet aware of any regular readers coming to the site. A comic would, on occasion, get 1 like that isn’t the automatic one generated when I post the link on the facebook page. And without an audience it can be hard to persist in doing this.

I’ll try to be better with the updates, just telling you the honest reason why delays can be rather infrequent. You don’t feel as bad about posting an update late if you don’t know if anyone is even reading or waiting for that update.
